The Mattlure's Ultimate Bluegill and Shad Series is the most
realistic bluegill bait ever made. 

The bait has an aggressive tail driven action. It has a good thump and moves a lot of water. The bass have no problem finding this bait. I added a flat tailed version for the guys who like to fish it like a jig or for a bed bait. The plastic used is soft, and very durable. The hook is large and it has a wide gap for better hook ups. The Ultimate’s sit nose down and flair their fins like a real bluegill does when feeding on the bottom or robbing bass beds. There are many different color schemes to match pretty much any panfish the bass are eating in your area. Some of the paint jobs have as many 15 different steps. The baits are 5 inches and weigh 1.8 ounces and sink a little faster than 1 foot per second.

One with a boot tail one with a Hammer tail and one with a flat tail.
